No art. Haha. Mine is all currently kidnapped by my art teacher and hidden somewhere in the art room...probably never to be seen again. I have a few photos that I need to upload, but I'm currently too lazy at the moment. Anyways, my surprise! I got into the University of Chicago. It's one of my top choices for college, so I was just about walking on air all day today. I was disappointed with a deferral at Georgetown, but this more than made up for it. Winter break starts in a few days, and I hope that I will be able to do a bit of art for fun (and not the type of art class crap that sucks the life out of me!)

Yep, cleaning out my gallery a bit. I had some really old stuff up that should really either go in the trash or in my scraps folder. I'm going to try to upload some new things in the near future...*fingers crossed* In other news, my tablet appears to be broken. Or tempermental. It's always hated me, so this isn't really coming as a surprise. I hope that it hasn't truly pooped out on me. I would like to get another year or two out of it, given that I really don't have money for a new one. I'm also saving up to get a fancy camera. Well, pretty low on the fancy scale...gotta keep it under $500 (and even that is unlikely). Oh well...we'll see w

How does this keep happening? I'll get distracted and forget about DA...for months and months at a time. When I get back, I realize how much I missed it, upload a bit of work...and promptly forget about it again. I'm doing more art than usual...finally decided to take an art class at school. I've never actually taken a formal class before. It's strange...I'm not used to people telling me how to do my art. I'm not sure I like it. I've improved some things and learned some techniques, yes, but it's sort of killing my creativity. I don't really know how I feel about the class yet... More art to come. I have some paintings and some pencil sketc
